Service Description

A follow-on course for those who have completed our Beginners Throwing course of have some experience of throwing on the wheel and would like some guidance to take their skills to the next stage. You’ll learn how to throw your pots with more confidence and be able to make a variety of small to medium-sized projects. The cost covers all tuition, materials and firing. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to: • Throw and turn a pot • Make a lidded container • Make a rounded vase • Attach handles to a thrown vessel • Form a reasonable sized bowl • Do basic glazing Previous wheel throwing class experience required.
